1. This machine uses liquid as medium to transfer energy. It adopts advanced hydraulic circuit of sub master Cylinder. The oil temperature is low, the speed of empty stroke is over 150 mm / s, the working speed is below 30 mm / s, and the return speed is over 130 mm / s.

2. The machine is in standby mode, and the noise is not more than 75db when the slider moves up and down.

3. The machine adopts the structure of four columns and three plates. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy of any point between the lower working face and the upper working face is less than 0.1mm.

4. The machine is equipped with waste Gas blowing assembly, and a waste chute is opened in the center of the lower workbench to improve the production efficiency.

5. The position of punching and cutting down stop is controlled by pressure switch and position sensor.

6. The pressure, stroke, punching speed, blowing time and closing height of the machine can be adjusted by customers, which is convenient for operation.
